Assalamualaikum, Brownies, one of the recipe yang I really spend my time, money and energy to perfected it. Banyak resepi yang I dah cuba, guna cocoa powder sahaja, guna chocolate compound sahaja, guna dua-dua sekali, nisbah gula, telur, tepung, guna minyak atau butter. Cara nak masukkan/handle bahan-bahan, semua dah cuba. I really fussy or particular with my brownies. I want it to taste delicious and at the same time look amazing. Sesuai untuk minum petang. Ciri-ciri brownies idaman mestilah fudgy dan tak cakey. A shiny wrinkle top is a must. I really like the richness and the boldness taste of chocolate in my brownies. A slight bitterness of chocolate and not too sweet. I also like to add nuts for crunch. Setiap orang ada preferences dia sendiri, some like their brownies to be cakey or chewy.
